This effect can be activated during your own End Phase if this card is present in your Graveyard and a "Witchcrafter" monster is face-up in your Monster Zone. (However, you cannot activate this effect during the turn you activated a Witchcrafter Creation.)
When resolving this card's effect that adds it to your hand, even if you no longer have a "Witchcrafter" monster face-up in your Monster Zone, the effect is applied normally.
