(You do not chain this card to an opponent's effect that would negate your monster's Normal/Special Summon or card/effect activation.)
• This card does not target.
• This card cannot be activated during the Damage Step.
• You cannot activate this card if your opponent does not have any cards both in their hand and on their field.
