This effect does not perform a Tribute Summon. (You do not perform a Tribute Summon when resolving this card's effect.)
This card cannot be activated if you have already Special Summoned from the Extra Deck this turn. Furthermore, after activating this card, you cannot Special Summon from the Extra Deck until the end of the turn.
This card's effect does not target.
Even if this effect has been applied, it will not allow you to Tribute monsters that are unaffected by Spell effects.
