This card's effect that draws a card and then Sets it if it is a Spell/Trap Card is a Trigger Effect. (It does not target, and cannot be activated during the Damage Step.)
Drawing a card from your Deck and Setting the drawn card to your field if it is a Spell/Trap Card do not happen simultaneously. (If you do not Set the card, this effect finishes resolving by drawing a card.)
Even if you Set the Spell/Trap Card, you do not need to show the drawn card to your opponent.
