The effect that prevents your Zombie-Type monsters' Normal and Special Summons from being negated does not target. (Banishing a Zombie-Type monster from your Graveyard is the cost to activate this effect.)
The effect that banishes a Zombie-Type monster on your field targets that Zombie-Type monster that is face-up in your Monster Zone. (Banishing that monster and sending a Zombie-Type monster with 0 DEF from your Deck to the Graveyard do not happen simultaneously.)
You must always apply the part of the effect that banishes the targeted monster, but you can choose not to apply the part of the effect that sends a Zombie-Type monster with 0 DEF from your Deck to the Graveyard.
