• This card cannot be activated during the Damage Step.
• If your opponent activates a Spell/Trap Card's effect by targeting one monster in your Monster Zone, this card can be activated on the Chain Link immediately following that activation. (You activate this card by targeting one monster in your Monster Zone, except the monster that was originally targeted by your opponent's Spell/Trap effect.)
• This card can be activated when a monster in your Monster Zone is targeted for an attack. It can be activated not only when your opponent's monster declares an attack targeting your monster, but also when your monster becomes the target of your opponent's monster's attack as a result of a battle replay. (In these cases, you activate this card by targeting one monster in your Monster Zone, except the monster that's being targeted by that attack.)
• You cannot activate this card if there is only one monster in your Monster Zone.
