This is not an effect. Even if this card's effects are negated, it is still treated as a "Raidraptor" card.

About this card's ① st effect:
It cannot be activated during the Damage Step.
When this card resolves, you will『Special Summon 1 "Raidraptor" Xyz Monster from your Extra Deck with a Rank equal to their combined Ranks.』If the Special Summon succeeds, you will then『attach the targeted monsters to it as material.』
You will only『Special Summon 1 "Raidraptor" Xyz Monster from your Extra Deck with a Rank equal to their combined Ranks』if two or more of the targeted monsters still exist in the face-up Monster Zone, or in the Graveyard, by the time this effect resolves.
You will『attach the targeted monsters to [the Summoned monster] as material』regardless of those monsters' battle position.
Special Summoning the Xyz Monster, and attaching cards to it as material, are treated as having happened simultaneously.
