Regola generale

Regarding the listed method for Special Summoning this card:
It is not an effect. It is this monster's listed Special Summoning procedure.
This monster can only be Special Summoned this way. (It cannot be Fusion Summoned. Even if it is Special Summoned this way, then leaves the field afterwards, it still cannot be Special Summoned by other cards' effects.)
No Chain Link is formed when Special Summoning this way.
Returning cards to the Deck or Extra Deck and Special Summoning this card are not treated as having happened simultaneously.
To Special Summon this card, return the listed cards from your hand, Monster Zone, or Graveyard, to the Deck or Extra Deck. (You can also return face-down Defense Position monsters. You cannot return Monster Cards from your Spell & Trap Zone. If you want to return a card from your hand, or a face-down Defense Position monster, you must show it to your opponent before returning it.)
You cannot Special Summon this card by returning a Monster Token to the Deck.
This Special Summon is not a Fusion Summon. However, the monsters returned to the Deck/Extra Deck are treated as Fusion Material. (You cannot Special Summon this monster by returning a monster that『cannot be used as Fusion Material』to the Deck/Extra Deck.)

About this card's ② nd effect:
This effect is a Quick Effect, which can be activated in the Monster Zone.
You can only activate this effect if you have a "Yubel" monster on your field, in your hand, or in your Deck, except this card.
You cannot activate it during the Damage Step.
When your opponent activates a monster effect, you can activate this effect on the Chain Link immediately following that activation.
This effect does not affect monsters. (Even if the effect it is responding to is the effect of a monster that is unaffected by monster effects, that effect still becomes "your opponent destroys 1 "Yubel" monster in their hand, Deck, or field".)
