- This effect is a Quick Effect, which must be activated in the Hand.
- You cannot activate it during the Damage Step.
- This card can only be activated on the Chain Link immediately following a card or effect activation whose effect would inflict damage to you. (It can be activated in response to either player's activation.)
- You cannot activate this effect of a particular copy of this card more than once per Chain. If you have multiple copies of this card in your hand, you can activate the effect of each copy once per Chain.
- When this effect resolves,『Special Summon this card from your hand.』If the Special Summon succeeds,『make that effect damage to you 0.』(Special Summoning is considered to be simultaneous with this effect's resolution concluding.)
- After this effect finishes resolving,『you cannot Special Summon monsters for the rest of this turn, except "Performage" monsters』applies to you. (Even if you have already Special Summoned a non-"Performage" monster this turn, you can still activate this effect.)
- Regardless of whether the Special Summon succeeded, or whether you negated the activated effect,『you cannot Special Summon monsters for the rest of this turn, except "Performage" monsters』will apply to you.
- This card, Special Summoned by this effect, will have『banish it when it leaves the field』applied to it for as long as it remains face-up in the Monster Zone. (If it ceases to remain face-up in the Monster Zone,『banish it when it leaves the field』stops applying to it.)
- If this card is banished by『banish it when it leaves the field,』this does not form a Chain Link.
