- It also applies during the Damage Step.
- Even if multiple monsters are Tributed simultaneously by a Ritual Monster's effect, your opponent still only pays 850 Life Points.
- If your opponent has fewer than 850 Life Points, they do not pay Life Points.
- If a monster is Tributed by the effect of either player's Ritual Monster, this effect is applied immediately after that Chain Link resolves.

- About this card's ③ rd effect:
- This effect is an activated effect, which can be activated by this face-up card in the Spell & Trap Zone.
- You cannot activate it during the Damage Step.
- When this effect resolves, you add an appropriate card from your Deck to your hand. Then, if you succeed in doing so, you increase the targeted monster's Level by 1.
- Adding a card to your hand, and increasing the monster's Level, are treated as having happened simultaneously.
