• While this effect is applying, if both players have a cards with the same name in their hands, neither player can activate it or its effects. (For example, if Ghost Ogre & Snow Rabbit is in both players' hands, neither player can activate the effect of Ghost Ogre & Snow Rabbit from either their field or their hand.)
