Effetto 1

  • This is the effect of this card's Card Activation. (It does not target.)
  • You cannot activate it during the Damage Step.
  • This card can be activated even if there are no cards in your opponent's hand.
  • Any monsters that are added to the hand while this effect is already applying also have their Level reduced by 1.
  • If a monster is Summoned/Set from the hand while this effect is applying will also have its Level reduced while on the field. (If the monster leaves the field, or is changed to face-down Defense Position, its Level returns to normal.)

  • This is an activated effect, which can be activated in the Graveyard.
