Effetto 3
- This card's effect that draws a card starts a Chain. (It does not target.)
- This effect can be activated either when a face-up "Fortune Fairy" monster in your Monster Zone declares an attack, or when an opponent's monster declares an attack on a face-up "Fortune Fairy" monster in your Monster Zone.
