- When your opponent activates a card effect, you can activate this effect on the Chain Link immediately following that activation.
- You can also activate it during the Damage Step.
- If you both negate and destroy, and Tribute a monster, they are not treated as having happened simultaneously.
- When this effect resolves, you『negate the activation, and if you do, destroy it.』If you successfully negated the activation, and the effect in question was activated by targeting a card on either player's field, you can then also apply『Tribute 1 monster your opponent controls』effect.
