(This effect is applied to all monsters that are face-up in your Monster Zone at the time the effect resolves.)
This card cannot be activated during the Damage Step.
If you have a Link-3 or higher "Marincess" monster on your field, you can activate this card from your hand by placing it face-up in the Spell & Trap Zone. (You can activate this card from your hand during your opponent's turn.)
