Regola generale

Regarding the『Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must first be Special Summoned (from your hand) to your opponent's field by Tributing 2 monsters they control.』text:
No Chain Links are created when Special Summoning Lava Golem this way.
Tributing monsters, and Special Summoning Lava Golem, are not treated as happening simultaneously.
If this card has been successfully Special Summoned using this procedure, if it is then sent to the Graveyard, or banished face-up, it can then be Special Summoned by another card's effect.
This is not treated as an effect. It is the procedure for Special Summoning Lava Golem.

Regarding the『You cannot Normal Summon/Set the turn you Special Summon this card.』text:
This is not treated as an effect.
You cannot Special Summon this monster if you have already Normal Summoned this turn, and cannot Normal Summon if you have Special Summoned this monster this turn. This is the case regardless of whether this monster was Special Summoned using the listed procedure, or some other card's effect.

About this card's ① st effect:
This effect is a Trigger Effect, which must be activated in the Monster Zone.
This effect must be activated if the activation condition is met. (Activating it is not optional.)
This effect must be activated once during each of its controller's Standby Phases.
