The monster effect that Tributes a "Solfachord" Pendulum Monster you control and Special Summons another "Solfachord" Pendulum Monster is an Ignition Effect that can be activated on the field. (This effect does not target. You select which "Solfachord" Pendulum Monster to Tribute when resolving the effect. You can also Tribute this card.)

When resolving this effect, Tribute 1 "Solfachord" Pendulum Monster you control, and Special Summon 1 "Solfachord" Pendulum Monster from your Deck with a Pendulum Scale that is 2 higher or lower than the Tributed monster's. (These actions occur simultaneously.)
