• 『You cannot Special Summon monsters from the Main Deck or Extra Deck, nor conduct your Battle Phase, the turn you activate this card』is not treated as an effect. (It's a condition for the activation.)
• It's an effect that targets monsters in the opponent's Monster Zone. It's activated by targeting as many monsters in the opponent's Monster Zone as possible, but not more than the total number of Harpie Lady and Harpie Lady Sisters that are face-up in your Monster Zone. (Normally it's activated by targeting 3 or more opponent's monsters, but if the opponent has only 2 monsters in their Monster Zone it's activated by targeting 2 monsters.)
• The『destroy those targets』resolution, and the『inflict damage to your opponent equal to the highest original ATK among those destroyed monsters (your choice, if tied)』resolution, are treated as happening at the same time.
• The『inflict damage to your opponent equal to the highest original ATK among those destroyed monsters (your choice, if tied)』resolution will inflict damage to the opponent equal to the printed original ATK of 1 of the monsters with the highest printed original ATK from among the monsters that were destroyed by this effect. (Even if the original ATK on the field is changed, the damage inflicted will not change.)
