This card's effect that increases the ATK and DEF of a Dragon-Type monster on your field starts a Chain. (It can only be activated during your Main Phase.)
This effect targets 1 face-up Dragon-Type monster in your Monster Zone.
This effect increases the targeted monster's ATK and DEF by the total Link Ratings of all monsters in your Monster Zone and your opponent's Monster Zone × 100. (You cannot activate the effect if there are no Link Monsters on the field.)

This card's effect that allows you to send a Normal Monster from your hand or Deck to the Graveyard instead when a Dragon-Type monster on your field would be destroyed by battle or card effect does not start a Chain. (It can be applied during the Damage Step.)
