You cannot banish a monster with 0 ATK as the cost to activate this effect.
If you activate this effect during the Damage Step, it must be at the start of the Damage Step or before damage calculation. (If you activate this face-down card and its effect as part of the same Chain Link, you can activate this card during the Damage Step.)
