This is an Ignition Effect, which can be activated in the Monster Zone. If this card has "Purrely Delicious Memory" as material, it can be activated as a Quick Effect, instead.
You cannot activate it during the Damage Step.
Even if, at the time this effect resolves, one of the targeted cards no longer exists, the effect is still applied to the other targeted card(s).

This effect is a Quick Effect, which can be activated in the Monster Zone.
This effect can only be activated on the Chain Link immediately following the activation of your "Purrely" Quick-Play Spell Card. (When you activate a "Purrely" Quick-Play Spell, check whether your opponent would like to respond. If they do not do so, you can then activate this effect in response to the Quick-Play Spell's activation.)
This effect can be activated multiple times during the same Chain.
You cannot activate it during the Damage Step.
When this effect resolves, attach that activated "Purrely" Quick-Play Spell to this card as material. Additionally, you can choose a monster on the field, and banish it until the End Phase. (These are not treated as having happened simultaneously.)
