When activating this effect, choose one of the bulleted ● effects, and activate this effect as that effect.

About the 1st bulleted (●) effect:
When the effect resolves,『place 1 "Centur-Ion" monster from your Deck in your Spell & Trap Zone as a face-up Continuous Trap.』Additionally, after the effect resolves,『for the rest of this turn, while you control that card, or any card with that same original name, you cannot Special Summon from the Extra Deck, except "Centur-Ion" monsters.』
After this effect has been applied, if you no longer control any card with the same name as the placed "Centur-Ion" monster, you will be able to Special Summon non-"Centur-Ion" monsters from your Extra Deck. If, at some later point, you once again control a card with the same name as the placed "Centur-Ion" monster, you will once again be unable to Special Summon monsters from the Extra Deck, except "Centur-Ion" monsters.
