• About this card's ① st effect:
• You cannot activate it during the Damage Step.
• If a monster of the declared type is face-up on the field at the time of resolving its effect that was activated on the field, that effect will be negated by the effect of Dimensional Barrier.
• As long as the effects of a monster of the declared type is negated by this effect, all effects of that monster that do not start a chain are not applied.
• If a monster is no longer face-up on the field at the time its effect is resolving, that monster's effect(s) will be resolved normally. (This is the case when the monster that activated the effect leaves the field as a cost to activate its own effect, or when it ceases to be face-up on the field due to being remove as a cost for or while resolving another effect that was activated in a chain.)
• While this card's effect is applied, neither player can Special Summon monsters of the declared type.
