• About this card's ① st effect:
• To activate this card, discard 1 card from your hand as a cost.
• This effect applies both to monsters that are already in your hand when it resolves, as well as monsters that are added to your hand later while the effect was applying.
• If this effect is applied multiple times in the same turn, monsters' Levels will also be lowered multiple times.
• Even if a monster in your hand, to which this effect has been applied, is moved to the Monster Zone, this effect continues to apply to that monster. (It will continue to apply regardless of whether the monster is placed on the field face-up or face-down.)
• If a monster to which this effect has been applied is sent anywhere except the Monster Zone or the hand, the effect stops applying to the monster.
• If a face-up monster in the Monster Zone to which this effect has been applied is flipped face-down, the effect stops applying to the monster.
