Card Destruction cannot be activated if both players have 0 cards in their hand, or if you have less cards in your Deck than the number of cards in your hand, excluding Card Destruction itself.
This card's effect does not target.
Discarding cards from a player's hand, and drawing card from the Deck are not treated as happening simultaneously. Also, each player drawing the same number of cards they discarded is treated as happening simultaneously.
You can activate Card Destruction even if either you or your opponent has 0 cards in their hand, or if your opponent has less cards in their Deck than the number of cards in their hand.
