If it cannot be activated, you do not activate it, and destroy it while it is face-down. If it is not a Trap Card, it remains face-down in the Spell & Trap Zone. Finally, if this card remains in the Spell & Trap Zone by the time its effect resolves,『shuffle it into the Deck instead of sending it to the Graveyard.』
