About this card's ① st effect:
This effect is an Ignition Effect, which can be activated in the Hand.
When this effect resolves, apply『Special Summon this card from your hand.』If you successfully Special Summoned, you then apply『take 700 damage.』These are not treated as having happened simultaneously.
As long as this card, Special Summoned by this effect, remains face-up in either player's Monster Zone, you cannot Special Summon from the Extra Deck, except Synchro Monsters.

About this card's ② nd effect:
This effect is a Trigger Effect, which can be activated in the Graveyard.
This effect can be activated if a face-up Dragon Synchro Monster in your Monster Zone is Tributed or banished while this card is already in your Graveyard. (It cannot be activated if the monster is used as Synchro Material.)
You cannot activate it during the Damage Step.
When activating this effect, target 1 Dragon Synchro Monster in either player's Graveyard that was Tributed while it was face-up in your Monster Zone, or target 1 banished Dragon Synchro Monster in either player's possession that was banished while it was face-up in your Monster Zone.
If a Synchro Monster was Tributed, this effect can be activated as long as that monster was a Dragon monster in the Monster Zone.
If a Synchro Monster is banished, this effect can be activated if that monster both was a Dragon monster while in the Monster Zone, and is a Dragon monster while it is banished.
