About this card's ① st effect:
This effect is a Quick Effect, which can be activated in the Monster Zone.
When activating this effect, choose which of the ● bulleted effects you are activating.
You cannot activate it during the Damage Step.

Regarding the first ● bulleted effect:
If it's activated when the opponent activates a monster effect on the field, or when the opponent activates a Normal Spell/Trap, there must be at least 1 SSpell/Trap on your field to activate it.
If it's activated when you activate a monster effect on the field, or when you activate a Normal Spell/Trap, there must be at least 1 Spell/Trap on the opponent's field to activate it.
It's an effect that is chained directly to a monster effect that's activated on the field or to the activation of a Spell/Trap. (It cannot be chained to the activation of a Spell/Trap effect that isn't a card activation.)
It's not an effect that is applied on cards. (The effect of a card that is unaffected by monster effects will also be changed to『Destroy 1 Spell/Trap your opponent controls』.)

Regarding the second ● bulleted effect:
It can be activated even if either you or the opponent has 0 cards in their hand. (In that case, any player that has cards in their hand on resolution will resolve the effect.)
It cannot be activated if both players have 0 cards in their hand.
The『each player with a hand shuffles their entire hand into the Deck』resolution and the『then draws the same number of cards they shuffled into the Deck』resolution are not treated as happening at the same time.
