About this card's ① st effect:
This effect is a Trigger Effect, which can be activated in the Hand.
You cannot activate it during the Damage Step.
When this effect resolves, Special Summon this card from your hand. Strictly afterwards, you can choose 1 Level 4 EARTH Fairy monster from your Graveyard, except "Agido the Ancient Sentinel", and Special Summon it. (These are not treated as having happened simultaneously.)

About this card's ② nd effect:
This effect is a Trigger Effect, which can be activated in the Graveyard.
This effect can only be activated if both players have 5 or more cards in their Deck.
You can also activate it during the Damage Step.
If either player has 4 or fewer cards in their Deck at resolution, they send their entire Deck to the Graveyard.
When this effect resolves, you first send 5 cards from each player's Deck to the Graveyard. Afterwards, if Exchange of the Spirit is in your Graveyard, and either player's Deck has 5 or more cards, you can choose to send 5 more cards from that player's Deck to the Graveyard. (These are not treated as having happened simultaneously.)
